Shipping Policy for Zenova Healthsource Sdn Bhd

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification once your parcel have been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• West Malaysia: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. 

• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days. 

• Final shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

• Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the courier's tracking portal to update.

International Shipping

• We currently only ship within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

• If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, or if your products arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number.
